This home is located just around the corner from Historic Snohomish and Main Street. You can walk to food, shopping, and more right from your frond door. Definitely a rare find in this location of Snohomish County.

When ever I arrive at a property the first thing I like to do is walk around the property and throughout the home to see it all the get sense of the perfect compositions. As I walk through this historic home so many great images came to mind. It was simply a stunning home! All updated, yet still holding many of the original details in the architecture and interior design.

I started on the main floor and captured the entry and stairs with glass door to the main living space, then the main living space, reading room (who has one of those in modern homes), and very cool kitchen. Next, I head upstairs to photograph three wonderful bedroom, an office, and updated bathroom. Finally, It was down to the huge and well lit basement, and summer cottage to grab those images.

Overall, this was a fantastic photoshoot day and I always love the trust my clients have in my talent to get great images that highlight there new listings and have the eye candy power to attract buyers attention online.

This home is offered at $775,000 and has a large side yard and views of the river and river walk. Truly… a one of a kind.

This is a wonderful yellow rambler situated on a corner lot with a view.

The weather for the day was slated to be partly sunny for a couple of hours and then simple cloudy with no possibility of rain. For about half of the exterior photos it was sunny. The back yard images were in that sun and had to actually wait about 5 minutes for the clouds to block the direct sun so that I could get a good back yard deck shot.

Had I not waited for a partial sun block all I would have had was direct sunlight with plenty of distracting sun spots and flares.

As I went around to the front the clouds had marched in quick and the front was in complete shadows now. An overcast day is always the best time to capture great photos.

My favorite time to photograph a home is when it is not occupied. I get plenty of time to get the right shots at the right angle with the perfect composition and exposure. This was the case with this wonderful home.

There were no obstructions or things that needed to be moved before I started shooting here. This was an easy home and I appreciate the real estate agent for having the home ready. It make the entire job so much easier.
