704 10th Street, Mukilteo, WA

Mukilteo Washington is a quaint town in the Pacific Northwest located near the water. The town has a lighthouse, park, some good food, a hotel, and a ferry dock to ride from Mulikteo to Whidbey Island.

I love photographing homes in this town. You can find homes from average everyday American to great high end mansions... and a few condo units thrown in. The views are spectacular. You can see them in the video posted here.

So... this home was located up a bit from water level. When I was able to get the drone up in the air you were able to see the waterfront. Flying the drone in this area was a challenge.

The home was a split level, well kept, with a great view. And I loved the yellow exterior color. Yellow is one of my favorite colors on a home.

The lot where this home was located was on a cut-da-sac. It was narrow and long. Not a small lot, just proportioned differently. You can see the details of the lot from the high drone photo. The home was actually spun sideways on the lot with the front door facing the west.

This photoshoot took 4 go backs due to weather, drone challenges, and homeowner timing. No extra charge for go backs. I am committed to getting the photos right for my clients and their clients. Exceeding expectations is always my mission.

Please enjoy the video and photos of this wonderful home.
